The Rockford Fosgate R150-2 is a dual-channel, Class-A/V amplifier designed primarily to power a set of full-range or component speakers, though it can be bridged into a single 4-ohm channel to output 150W directly to a 10” or 12” subwoofer. When used with speakers, it can output 50W or 75W depending on Ohms, though the frequency remains consistent at 20Hz-20kHz. Testers have said the Rockford Fosgate R150-2 is optimal for powering a single 8” to 10” subwoofer, and standard factory speakers or factory replacement speakers. It is however not recommended for users seeking room-shaking bass from a 12” or larger woofer.
